Fells Point Renovation
This was one of our most unique projects as it was originally a Church Rectory as part of St. Patrick’s Church. As you can see by the before and after pictures this was a full rehab, completely unrecognizable once it was completed. This incredibly well finished, unique 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home boasts soaring ceilings throughout, ultra modern chef's kitchen, 1st floor office, 2nd floor loft, speakeasy-style basement wine cellar, rooftop terrace, 3 car attached garage & more! Original tin ceiling preserved on the main level & custom brick archways have been added.
