SEAN MULHALL

Sean brings his 15 years of landlord experience to handle the operations side of SMD Capital. As an outside of the box thinker he is constantly striving to find processes to ensure things run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. He loves working with individuals to help them reach their real estate investing goals while taking away their pain points in the process. Sean is a property management expert and takes pride in managing our clients properties as if they were our own.
Dimitrija Georgiev
Co-owner | Board Member | Marketing & Administration
Dimitrija has over 15 years of experience in marketing and real estate. As the resident marketer, he is focused on helping to grow our brand and our company, build relationships with our community through social media and various channels, as well as grow our client roster. Dimitrija also plays a critical role on the administrative front, handling an array of back end projects from lead and property registration, tax preparation, billing, invoicing and working closely with various city and county agencies.
